waiting…waiting
I AM waiting for the graceful, native woodland perennial called blue cohosh, Caulophyllum thalictroides, to push its reddish-green shoots up through the soil. What is it waiting for? What is everything in my garden waiting for, I want to know? What are you waiting for in your garden?
I am for the spring peepers (Pseudacris crucifer.) They are the real sign that spring has come to my garden.
