Most recipes call for a half to ¾ of a cup and have 4 or 5 or so cups of fruit … but of course some fruit is naturally sweeter than others so it’s going to be a guess.

I blanched, and skinned 6 cups of peaches
I froze them last October
Now I want to make a cobbler
How much sugar should I add to the 6 cups of frozen peaches so the cobbler won’t be tart ??

I wonder: if the peaches are too ripe, can one make a puree (like something to use for homemade ice cream) and then freeze? I guess still add some acid.
