Sprinkle-and-forget works better for me and I’m much more likely to sprinkle in more locations. I can’t wait for this spring, I’ve sown them all over the place this winter.

Will less of my seeds germinate? Probably. But I won’t have to harden them off- they are already used to being outdoors. I always sucked at hardening things off too fast and burning the leaves. Plus it’s really approachable for beginners who don’t have a whole grow system or can’t afford it. I’ll still start my tomatoes and some other specialty seeds indoors the traditional way.
