I finally understand what the “no till” really means and thankfully it makes more sense now.  We have 1/4 acre city yard with lots of huge trees in our yard and the yards around ours and I always leave the leaves, pine straw, etc. to feed the soil. I love composting and seeing how our soil has changed from solid clay to healthy loam. I had no idea about how bad organic farming had become and I so appreciate knowing what to look for now. I am so tired of the constant trickery the government uses to fool us into thinking we are helping to treat animals humanely and then find out it was all for nothing.
