I have one student that has allergies to gluten, dairy, and eggs. I’ve done a bit of research on gluten-free baking, and it seems that most recipes use eggs, as in paleo baking. Anyone have any ideas for replacing eggs in gluten-free baking?

A change in flour is the next goal. Would value any help!
