Weekly I serve dinner to a large group with a variety of tastes and a few special dietary needs. The group is my family (children, grandchildren, and mothers) so I let my energy level and schedule dictate how accommodating I am. My plan is usually to serve a variety of dishes and make sure there is something that everyone can (or will) eat. I’m mixing my seasons today with chili and Anna Thomas’ Summer Chopped Salad.
