I recently tried a microwave refrigerator bread and butter pickle recipe. So easy. I still boil the jars and lids for 10 minutes, but other than that the pickles took only 7 minutes!
I added lots of onion, and a dash of crushed red pepper . They were so delicious, and make a nice gift too. Lots of recipes on the web!
