I especially took note of your ending suggestions about how to use an abundant harvest of zucchini. I plan to do that with all my crops, starting right now, so that I will have ready to use resources for eating well (and frugally) in the Winter. Margaret, I think that tips like these are so important, especially for those of us trying to make ends meet, yet motivated to eat delicious, nutritious, healthy food.
