My first favorite soup is shrimp thai red curry, of which I have made many different variations. I got it off the jar of red curry from Thai Kitchen, or maybe off their fish sauce jar. It is rich and flavorful and makes veggies taste wonderful.
My second favorite is the cauliflower soup found on an Udo’s Oil jar. It is hearty and delicious. and easy to make.
