I have seen the recommendation to gather the worms and kill them in plastic bags placed in the sun, and I have seen the recommendation to solarize incoming materials like compost by heating it to 105 degrees or higher for 3 days or longer with solarization before using, and this advice from a University of Vermont Extension webpage try to solarize a bed to eradicate the worms. Just to be clear: this will kill any plants in the area, too, and if you already have the worms they do spread fast so it may niot be in just one bed.
