I’d love to hear an update on this podcast talking about the latest generation of LED grow lights. I have the cheap ones from China all over my house (I hopped on the succulent train!) Also, and I know we are leaving house Plant season and heading into outdoor season, but next time you do a house plant episode, can you say a little more about Rex begonias? I’ve fallen in love with them and collected five or six, and then I came here to read a bunch of your back episodes, and learned that that they are impossible! Am I doomed to kill them all?

I do not have any lights yet, sure do need them thou, hopefully i will win your book to learn about lighting for all my plants.

I use two T5 Bulbs in an adjustable light frame with reflectors. Tray with platforms, and wicking mat. New adventure for me. Unit holds 4 good sized trays with holes. Use Coconut coil for potting medium and Miracle Grow house plant fertilizer. Planted a small amount of Basil seeds on the 11th of January and am happy to report new babies by the 16th. Garden resides on top of my wine fridge, very little heat under watering tray in a window west exposure, little light. Light top spray daily. Some plastic hooding occasionally. Love this experience and can see it encompassing my gardening enjoyment. Live in Southern British Colmbia cold winters, desert-like summers. Would love to add your book to my collection of educational gardening procedures. Thank you for the opportunity and will definitely be joining your site.
