Over time I’ve filled it with more or less with things that were leftovers from divisions. So it is filled with irises, yucca, golden rod, self seeded mum’s, coreopsis, etc. It’s kind of a jumble as opposed to the rest of the adjoining garden. It self seeds with the plants that are there but relatively few weeds. The main point is that I rarely ever have to water that area.
