I am a birder who doesn’t have to leave her own yard.

I dislike snakes darting out in front of me they could just wait until I pass by lol

Hummingbirds arrived on the last day of April here on the seacoast of NH I am now waiting on my Catbirds and Orioles but the Eastern Bluebirds are hard to take your eyes off of.

When I post photos to my Facebook page friends love them as this place is for the birds.

Thanks again.

A pair of roadrunners are nesting next door, and they are effectively harvesting the lizards that live in my garden to feed their young. Roadrunners, by the way, are fearless. They’ll walk right by me while I’m bent over weeding. I’m waiting for Wiley Coyote to show up to do his bit, but I’d rather he’d go after the cottontails, cut as they are. Even here in the desert Southwest, it’s a jungle out there.
